Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at SoftRobot, you will play an instrumental role in developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. 

Reporting directly to the CEO of SoftRobot, you will be part of the Customer Success Team that manages:

  • Customer Relations
  • Customer Retention
  • Technical Support
  • Content Marketing
  • Sales Support

You will also be part of the SoftRobot Management Team that manages business development, market analysis, stakeholder analysis and company culture & vision.

What you’ll do:

  • You will be the first point of contact for all non-commercial matters within your own portfolio of clients
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure proper implementation approaches are in place to maximize new customer’s success
  • Lead the on-boarding of clients and deliver up-to-date education on our offerings, both in person and online
  • Be the voice of the client - identify key factors for client success and communicate internally to drive product development
  • Maintain, analyze and improve the delivery model for specific customer segments

Qualifications:

  • Relevant academic background
  • You know how to collaborate and believe teams are stronger than individuals
  • You know how to get stuff done and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience in making data-driven marketing decisions using market research, A/B testing and other analytical tools to ensure customer understanding
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal
  • You know what constitutes great writing

Merits:

  • You have a basic understanding of development principles and web technologies 
  • Experience from working with Intercom
  • Experience working in a SaaS company
  • Experience with social media and/or content marketing
